Hmm... Uncomfortable looking lovers. Unmade bed. And I know Vlad was at class. Why do I think you were rumpling the sheets with someone else, K2?

"It wasn't my fault. You can blame that whole ACR thing you have installed."

You're a knowledge sim, not a romance sim. You shouldn't be interested in acquiring a ton of parnters.

I'm not! *looks uncomfortable* But I... ah... just wondered if all other guys were like V and... um... since I probably won't get a chance to find out once we're engaged or married...

You decided to do a little under(bed)cover research on your own?

"Hey! If V hadn't gotten back from class early he never would've known.

But he did and now they're bad blood all around. So go apologize or something.

"V won't accept my apology. He just poked me and stormed off."

*sob*

"Oh gawd. He hates me. He'll never speak to me again and I'll end up graduating alone and marrying some creepy guy like Komei and end up unhappy forever. *SAWB*"

Komei's already married in this hood, so that's not about to happen. I don't think Vlad is mad so much as he is hurt. Go and try to apologize to him again.

"Ah, can I wait on that? He's really scary with that knife. Like slasher movie scary."

Oy, he's lucky he didn't take a finger off. I think he needs to spend a little more time studying those cook books.

"And he is angry with me!"

He is not.

"He is too! He tried to burn down the dorm! With me in it!"

He did not. Everyone has cooking accidents.

"We haven't had a cooking fire in the two years we've been here! And did you see his expression as he walked away and let the fire burn? He hates me!"

Oy.

Just let the nice fireman take care of it. Just... don't get too close to the nice fireman. He's a romance sim.

"But look! See what I mean about V! He's upset about his plans being foiled!"

Would you settle down K2? Vlad most likely tired, hungy, hurt because he caught you playing slap and tickle with a dorm mate, and annoyed that you keep screaming like a little girl at the fire. Why don't the both of you head to bed?

Of course, being the grumpy-ass sim that he is, it didn't take Vlad long to hunt down K2's partner in crime.

Poor Clay Simpson didn't know what hit him (or maybe he was expecting it. He lit out of K2's room pretty fast when Vlad caught them) This would be a scene repeated frequently over the next few days.

Finally it came to a head in the living room, during Saturday morning cartoons.

And Vlad got his ass handed to him.

Are you going to stand for that? Mao would be embarrassed if you walked away and didn't put him in his place.

That's better. Too bad K2 wasn't here to see it. She'd realize you really do love her. That or she'd start fearing for her life again.

So, how goes things on the apology front?

"It sucks! Every time I try to talk to V he either ignores me or walks off or does something else to give me the impression that he wants nothing to do with me!"

"But it seems that everywhere I turn, there he is!"

Well you both do live in the dorm. And Vlad does like to follow you around.

*sob* "I didn't mean to f##k up."

*sniffle* "I really miss him and miss being with him, but he doesn't listen when I tell him I'm sorry." *snuffle* "I'm going to cry myself to sleep now."

No K2, I think he's heard you loud and clear. And I think you'd be quite surprised to discover he's already forgiven you. You're more upset with yourself than he is upset with you at this point.

Ah, college kids in love. *chuckle*

And so the seasons turn. Winter becomes Spring, and Sophomores become Juniors.

"He's right behind me, isn't he?"

Yep.

"And I bet he's staring at me with that look again.

I like that little half-smirk. It's cute.

"Hey V! Look! Over there! On the Carillon! It's Spiderman!"

Oh, that's low K2.

"Hey, it's payback for beaning me with that damn baseball. Teach him to be a d#ck to me."

So I left the children alone for a while after I discovered the water balloon fight was terribly one-sided (Vlad has very good aim, as K2 discovered) and came back to discover this.

So does this mean you two have kissed and made up? It is all better now?

"Hssst! Go away! You're interrupting our make up sex, damnit! And turn the frelling camera off too, ya damn voyeur."

All right, all right, I'm going, I'm going. Sheesh, I think someone needs laid here.

"Shhh. I'm studying. I need a cleaning point for this semester. But yes, all is right in the world now."
